An interior & exterior multi-use primer, sealer and undercoat, Ultra Premium Primer Sealer Undercoat (Ultracover®) is a Low VOC formulation that is easy-to-use, quick drying and offers excellent filling and sanding properties. Primer Sealer Undercoat (Ultracover®) is blister resistant and can be top coated with either water-based or oil-based paints whilst offering the convenience of water wash-up.
